VIRTUAL EVENTS (MT)

May 13 | 10-11 AM | Berea College New Mexico Counselor Session: Join this zoom meeting to learn more about Berea College– who they're looking for and what their campus has to offer. This session is also a chance for their admissions office to build their relationships with counselors in New Mexico. Berea College has the lowest student debt of any college in the country, is roughly 2/3 first-gen, asks no student to pay tuition, and is almost entirely populated by students from limited means. We believe Berea is a must-consider for all Pell-eligible students.

May 13 | 5-6 PM | National Program Opportunities: Join the College Essay Guy to learn more about two prominent national program opportunities for FGLI students, including QuestBridge— who they serve, what they offer, and how students can benefit. Gain practical strategies and resources to help guide students through researching, preparing for, and applying to national programs.

May 14 | 5-6 PM | Helping Your Student Find the Right Fit: Research and Campus Visit Tips: Learn how students and families can maximize college visits and curate a list of schools that best fit a student's goals, budget, and career ambitions.

May 15 | 11 AM-12:30 PM | Virtual Counselor Program: Join Columbia University, the University of Chicago, the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Michigan, and Yale University to connect with colleagues from across the desk, hear more about what’s happening at each university, and get important information to share with students.

May 21 | 1-2 PM | Looking Ahead to the National College Match: An Overview for Educators: Join this Questbridge webinar for educators and community-based organizations to learn more about the National College Match and hear tips for how to support rising seniors in their college admissions journey before the school year ends. This webinar will include details about the process and timeline for applying to the National College Match when the application opens later this summer.
